We offer free shipping on all US orders via USPS and UPS. Orders being shipped to P.O. Boxes, APOs and FPOs always ship via USPS.

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME

Orders with free ground shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 1-3 business days (M-F) of purchase. Processing time for custom/handmade and pre-order pieces may take longer, details of which can be found in the product description. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

FREE RETURNS

We happily accept most unused and unworn merchandise with tags attached within 14 days* of the ship date for a full refund or credit. EXCEPTIONS: Personalized pieces are handmade to order and FINAL SALE ONLY.

*Special Holiday Return Policy: All qualifying orders placed between November 20, 2015 and December 23, 2015 can be returned through January 31, 2016.

Each order includes free returns and upon request, we will quickly provide you with a prepaid return label. Simply email returns@fronay.com with an invoice number and request for a return label, and we will quickly email you a prepaid return label. We are NOT responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your packages. You are also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice. Please address all returns to:

REFUNDS

You will receive an email notification from Fronay Collection when we receive and process your return. Please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed.

EXCHANGES

At this time, we can only process exchanges for the same item.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

We happily accept unworn merchandise with tags attached within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund or credit for all qualifying orders. All international orders need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. To obtain an RMA code, email returns@fronay.com with your name, order number, and items you’ll be returning.

Please note that we do not offer free shipping for international returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, taxes and fees.

Custom-made personalized pieces, including monograms and nameplates, are handmade to order and FINAL SALE only.

SALE ITEMS

Items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE only.

GIFT WITH PURCHASE

Picked up a gratis item with a purchase that didn't work out? Be sure to send it back with your return, or your refund will be adjusted for the retail price of the gift.

RETURN SHIPPING PROCESS

We do not offer free shipping for international returns.

To return your order, please include the original invoice and RMA number, as well as any gift with purchase. You may choose the shipping carrier of your choice. Shipping and handling charges, as well as duties and fees, are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package.
